FGAE Training Center/LC envisions a cohort of high performing organization championing cutting edge SRHR programs and building the capacity of SRH health service providers within and outside the FGAE network in Ethiopia and Africa.

To become partially self-reliant and sustainable Association.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
• To provide CPD Courses for Health professional as per the MOH approved Training Course Manual and set standard ;
• To capacitate with Contraceptive Technology Updates (CTU) and other Quality Up-to-date SRH related trainings to create skilled Health professionals;
• Increasing the capacity of FGAE to deliver and sustain high quality SRHR services.
• To position FGAE as a National health capacity builder/enable known for its quality skill delivery
• Strengthening the research, monitoring and evaluation capacity of FGAE.
• Enhancing quality of leadership, management and governance in FGAE and other stakeholders
